Drilling Oil and Gas Faculty AGH-UST Krakow is the only one in Poland which educates at the Petroleum and Gas Engineering major.
At the Drilling, Oil and Gas Faculty a students can choose two majors: the Mining and Geology or the Petroleum and Gas Engineering (Ist level for BSc degree, mainly in Polish – duration 7 semesters) and/or IInd level in Polish or English for MSc degree (duration 3 semesters).
On the major Mining and Geology, IInd level for MSc degree students can choose 4 specializations:
• Drilling and Geoengineering
• Natural Gas Engineering
• Exploitation of Liquid Deposits
• Environmental Protection in Economy.
On major Petroleum and Gas Engineering on IInd level for MSc degree is possible to study 3 specializations:
• Petroleum Engineering
• Natural Gas Engineering
• Petroleum Drilling
The fee for university studies:
• Polish language to study:
IST level for BSc degree (duration 7 semesters)
IInd level for MSc degree (duration 3 semesters)
IIITh level for PhD degree (duration 8 semesters)
• English language to study (minimum 3 students on the year):
IInd level for MSc degree (duration 3 semesters)
IIITh level for PhD degree(duration 8 semesters)
The fee for university studies by English languages depends on the number of students on the year.
